Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay (in-store purchases only)
  • Cash (in-store purchases only)

Payment Security: All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Payment Processing: Payment is due at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully completed.

Payment Issues: If your payment is declined, please verify your payment information and try again. For persistent issues, contact your financial institution or use an alternative payment method.

Tax Information: Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 United States and Puerto Rico

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom or made-to-measure items may require 2-4 weeks for processing.

Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for packages once they are delivered to the address you provide. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to our customer service team.

Shipping Restrictions: Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items purchased in-store have 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligible Items: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage
  • Not altered or customized

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked on website and receipts)
  • Custom or made-to-measure pieces
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

Return Process:

  1. Contact our in-store sales team
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label (when applicable)
  4. Package items securely and ship using provided label
  5. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Return Shipping:

  • Defective or Error Items: We provide free return shipping
  • Store Returns: Returns can be made to any of our physical locations

Refund Method: Store Credit

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.
